Description of the property: This is a self-contained studio flat in a recently refurbished tower with secure entrance and CCTV surveillance.  Outside the studio you will have access to a large item storage facility for large suitcases or other items.  Free residents' gym located in the base of the building.  There are a limited number of off-street parking spaces also available, for an additional rate. Each floor has its own laundry facilities for convenience.

Amenities: Larkhall Park is within walking distance. There are many convenience stores in the local area with a 24 hour supermarket close to the tube station.

Deposit: A Good Faith Deposit of £300.00 has to be paid for bookings at this property before you collect the keys. This deposit includes £50.00 as a safety deposit for the keys, if the keys are lost or not returned when you leave the property at the end of your stay, this £50.00 will not be refunded. If keys are returned and there is no damage the property when you leave, the full £300.00 is refundable. If there are any damages that need to be repaired that were not reported during your stay, they will be paid for using this deposit.
