How is LondonUP different?

LondonUP! is different to other accommodation agencies because we offer short term apartments for business and leisure travellers and flatshares for professionals moving to London for at least 4 weeks. We are more than just a website, too! At our walk-in office in Central London you can meet your dedicated account manager who looks after you and your home during your stay, we think this personal service and attention are important and add a lot of value to what we offer our clients.  We hope you will agree.

 

All our properties are fully furnished as standard and come with a weekly cleaning service. Rents on our rooms, studios and flats in LondonUP are inclusive of bills (gas, water, electricity, Council Tax, broadband internet), bedlinen, kitchen utensils, cutlery and cleaning products. Making your long term or short term stay hassle-free. Our rental agreements are extremely flexible, Flat/House shares only require a 4 week minimum stay and 2 weeks rent as a security deposit, when you are ready to move out only 2 weeks notice is required.
